The MBS Optimal Intensity Program:
This detoxification program consists of eating fruits and vegetables only for the first 10 days, with the addition of lean cuts of meat throughout days 11 to 21. Vegetables contain many vital nutrients, and their enzymes work as natural cleansing agents. Raw vegetables have a stronger cleansing ability than cooked, but all vegetables are beneficial. Beets purify the blood, asparagus promotes healthy kidney function and artichokes enhance liver function – just to name a few. Incorporating more vegetables into your diet can help keep your body functioning properly.
Food intake weeks 1-3
For the first three weeks, consume only the items listed here in addition to your supplementation. Use organic fruits and vegetables if available.
Directions Days 1-10 (No meat, dairy, grains, sugar, coffee or colas)
All the fresh, (Organic), fruits (40%) and vegetables (60%) you would like! You may steam ½ of your vegetables, and may have ½ pad of organic, (preferably un-pasteurized/un-salted), butter on your steamed veggies.
If you like to sauté your vegetables, use USDA certified organic Coconut oil. Coconut oil has a flash point of approximately 460 degrees while vegetable oils such as olive oil have flash points below 160 degrees. Note, a flash point, due to heating oils, is when the fat molecule becomes a harmful “trans” fat. For a special treat while cleansing try the Coconut cream as well. Its great just by itself, “you’ll love it!”
If you are experiencing sugar cravings or sugar handling issues such as hypo/hyperglycemia, no bananas, corn or white potatoes. These are high in sugar, or high on the glycemic index, and may affect your blood sugar, energy and slow weight loss. For a bedtime snack, its best to eat a protein and fat combination such as avocado with tomatoes and olive oil or a Metabolic Cleanse shake. Also, make sure to include the GlucoBrium containing gymnema at 1 tablet 2-3 times per day. This will be your life saver!
You may use all the spices you desire, unless you have arthritis. Avoid the
Nightshades:

Avoid these foods during the detox if you have arthritis. (Post detox will rotate them in thus testing their affect on you)
Meal replacement shake (Metabolic Cleanse) 3 times per day:
6 oz of purified H2O in a blender (No Ice!), with 3 oz of either V8, Odwalla Superfood fruit juice, or Silk Almond/Rice Milk, to one level scoop of the Metabolic Cleanse powder, one scoop GFS 2000 powder and one scoop of the Whey Protein Isolate powder for additional protein (optional). Add 1 cup of fresh or frozen fruit such as blueberries, apples, peaches and 1 packet of “Stevia” or a teaspoon of Agave nectar, to help sweeten.
Protein intake for the first 10 days
*Certain individuals may require additional protein during this program. Please consult with your health care professional regarding the addition of Whey Protein Isolate to your daily shakes, or any other questions regarding this program.
Directions Days 11-21 (No diary, grains, sugar, coffee or colas)
Continue the diet as stated above, adding in fish 2-3 times per day
• Choose deep ocean fish like Salmon, Cod, Halibut, Mahi Mahi, Tuna etc.
• Avoid local lake fish
• Do not fry
• Occasionally you may have turkey, chicken, buffalo, beef or lamb
• ONLY free-range, antibiotic-free, hormone-free
• Baking or roasting preferred to grilling or frying
• Fish to other meat ratio about 3:1
Hydration
All the Green Tea you would like.
Drinking at least 64oz of Natural Spring water everyday is Critical!

When followed as directed, this detoxification program has shown to offer great rewards in terms of desired outcomes and client satisfaction. Any alteration of the instructions allows for variables that could decrease the benefits of the program, therefore, it is recommended that the instructions are followed completely and not modified.
Supplementation – Week One
• 1 Metabolic Cleanse shake three times per day (1 scoop per shake)
• 1 GFS 2000 powder one time per day (1 scoop with morning shake)
• 2 LivDetox tablets three times per day
• 2 Ultra D tox capsules three times per day
• 1 Quell Fish Oil soft gel one time per day
Supplementation – Weeks Two and Three
• 1 Metabolic Cleanse shake three times per day (1 scoop per shake)
Note: You should finish this supplement around day 10
• 1 GFS 2000 powder one time per day (1 scoop with morning shake)
Note: You should finish this supplement around day 26
• 2 LivDetox tablets three times per day
• 2 Ultra D tox capsules three times per day
• 1 Quell Fish Oil soft gel one time per day
PLEASE NOTE THAT SUPPLEMENTS SHOULD BE TAKEN IMMEDIATELY UPON RISING, THEN 6 HOURS APART THROUGHOUT THE DAY (i.e. 6 am, noon, & 6 pm). SUPPLEMENTS SHOULD BE TAKEN WITH THE METABOLIC CLEANSE SHAKE, OR WATER, BUT NOT WITH MEALS. SUPPLEMENTS SHOULD BE TAKEN AT LEAST ONE HOUR BEFORE OR TWO HOURS AFTER MEALS, OR DIRECTLY BEFORE BED.
Exercise
For optimal results, it is highly recommended that you walk everyday, while on the cleanse, for 60 minutes, at 65-70% of your maximum heart rate (220-Age=Max). This is an essential way to increase respiration, circulation, oxygenation and oxidation, as well as getting your lymphatic system moving. Strenuous exercise should be put on hold during the three week period, allowing all your reserve energy to lend to detoxification. Consult with your health care professional if you are currently on an exercise program that you would like to maintain throughout the detoxification program.
Days 1 – 21 (Go to bed by 10:30-11:00 PM)
What you can expect after purification
You now have the opportunity to continue your detoxification and weight management program with the guidance of your health care professional. Over the past three weeks, you have taken the time to learn about your body and its needs, and for those interested in a continuing weight loss program, it is recommended that you take part in the 90 day post detox diet immediately following the cleanse. Now adapt the principles you have learned from your program into your lifestyle. Choose to heal your body each and everyday by consuming pure foods rich in vitamins and minerals.
