Mind
Change
starts with your mind, the way
you think and what you think
about. Be it making a decision
to go to bed early, to start
exercising, to stop smoking, or
to help someone. What is the one
thing you have done today to
help yourself, or even better,
help someone else?
This is where change needs to
occur. If you think it, you
become it. There is a quote that
resonates with me and I am
passing it on to you. “Thoughts
become words, words become
actions and actions make up your
character.”
How do you
think about yourself? Do you
like who you are? Do you like
who you have become over the
years? Do you blame others for
your journey or have you learned
to accept your wins and losses
and have you learned the lessons
so you can “pay it forward”?
Start to
look at yourself differently and
you will start to look at the
world differently. Set all of
your judgments aside and look
closer at YOU.
Practice
getting through the day without
thinking one negative thought
about anyone or anything. Try
doing this with your friends,
coworkers, family, or even
yourself. You will be surprised
by how much negative energy you
give off in a single day.
This is directly related to how
you view yourself and how others
will ultimately perceive you.
