This program is designed for those interested in a proactive health approach to Wellness
This lifestyle change begins with a complete comprehensive health & nutritional assessment with neurotransmitter & hormonal testing, as well as gathering baseline data with regard to bio-impedance analysis (BIA), vitamin and mineral deficiencies, nutrient uptake, and toxicity evaluation.
It also encompasses a 21 day body detox diet, ridding the body of inflammation and unwanted fat, while reducing stress and muscle tension, leaving the body revitalized and rejuvenated.
It also includes (24) personal training sessions incorporating the facets of strength (core stability), cardiovascular, and flexibility training, leaving the body energized, while reducing unwanted stress & muscle tension.
Cleansing, proper nutrition, and exercising on a regular basis, over time, will gently remove the toxins from the body and furnish an Oxygen-rich environment, providing high levels of immunity.
For many of us Strength Training or Resistance Training is the final frontier. Research has proven that performing these activities just 2-3 times per week, for 30-45 minutes at a time, can not only decrease the loss of muscle tissue (atrophy) across your lifetime, maintaining or increasing your basal metabolic rate (the rate at which the body burns energy), it can also promote an increase in bone density preventing Osteoporosis.
The maintenance of a strong and healthy MIND BODY SOUL, as a multifaceted approach through Strength training, Flexibility training (Yoga), Cardiovascular training, and proper Nutrition, will sustain a superior quality of life.
