Through Mind Body Soul, we will inspire and motivate people from all over the world to embrace "proactive health & wellness," moving beyond the dogma of the old (reactive) medical model. Not only is this our motto, it is our corporate mission. Our vision is to effect a societal change in attitude about one's own accountability toward their state of health and wellness, and create an atmosphere of mutual respect and understanding.

We believe that your life is your own and no one will ever take care of you better than YOU. All that you ever hope to be or do in life requires taking ownership; it takes honor, courage and commitment to change.

The real question is will you change? It all starts with YOU~ First, in who you can be, thoughts become words. Second, in how you get there, words become actions. Third, in why you change, actions make up your character.

In our ever-expanding understanding of human health, we have come to the realization that our health is never as simple as it may seem. Internally, there is interconnection between the different biological systems in the body, just as there is in our external environment. Our understanding of these relationships requires a new approach to health - a systems approach - whereby the impact of each human biological system is evaluated in relationship to each other, not in isolation.

At MBS, we believe that optimal health & wellness is only possible when the mind, body and soul are in balance. Imbalances in these systems occur as a result of exposure to psychological, physical and/or spiritual challenges. Underlying stressors such as mental stress, negativity, poor diet, unhealthy lifestyles, unhealthy relationships, infections, environmental toxins, and/or immune-suppression will ultimately lead to adverse signs and symptoms; addressing these, while identifying any root-cause disturbances will restore balance and improve outcomes.

Our nervous system detects and responds to information, and influences how we think, feel and act, as well as how the rest of our body functions. At MBS we advocate an assess-address, results-oriented, program-based approach to optimal health, while utilizing the most advanced technologies and metrics in the health and fitness industry.

We utilize the synergy of movement, nutrition and regeneration to assist clients on their journey to "liberate the mind, balance the body and enlighten the soul." Our extensive programming is based in the belief that though it takes 21 days to break a habit, it requires 90-180 days to both physiologically and psychologically adhere to a lifestyle change. Learning the best way to navigate the complexities of health and find solutions for client’s troubles is a never-ending pursuit of ours.

This expansive approach creates an overall sense of wellness within individuals interested in a proactive approach to health, as well as those interested in permanent weight loss. This state of wellness is as diverse and unique to each individual as one's own fingerprint, and we know that the lives of those interested in proactive health, and those in declining health, are enriched by meaningful interaction with professionals who are trained to manage such conditions.

With these systems in place, the individual client becomes an active participant in their progression toward optimal health & wellness, not only physically, but psychologically and spiritually as well. As individuals and as a society we grow and become enlightened by diverse experience, and it is the process of healing that leads us to understand one another and realize the oneness that abounds.
