Lifestyle Change

A Lifestyle change implies more than mere physical changes or a new dietary approach.

Though it may take 21 days to break a habit, it takes a minimum of 90-180 days to both physiologically and psychologically adhere to any change in one’s life.

This system focuses on developing every facet of the human experience and utilizing each to benefit the other. Your goal may be physical improvement, but the basis for the changes will emanate from the Core—physical, mental, spiritual, and emotional dynamics (i.e. MIND BODY SOUL).

With your Core properly leveraged, you can make unbelievable changes in your physical person and keep them for life. Why? You have given yourself reasons of greater importance than the “self.” These are called Levers. As the saying goes, “With a Lever large enough one can move the world.”

The real question is will you change? As my associate Curtis Speer says, "it all starts with You."

  • First, in who you can be, thoughts become words...
  • Second, in how you get there, words become actions...
  • Third, in why you change, actions make up your character...
