Holosync

Thresholds of the Mind

One of the great paradoxes of life is that we must go inward in order to find the road out of ourselves. When we are in touch with our true selves, we free ourselves from the incessant needs, desires, and limitations of our "small selves." As a result, we can get in touch with what lies underneath the crust of our anger and fear and our automatic responses and reactions, and experience ourselves as accepting, resilient, and serene. As a result, we can allow ourselves to open up and become more receptive to both the beauty and challenge of life's larger and more profound dimensions.

Perhaps this inner work is the "absorbing errand" Henry James had in mind. Undertaking the task of discovering who we are, what kind of person we want to be, and what kind of life we want to live may be the most important assignment we ever accept. It's certain to be the greatest adventure we can ever have.

The Holosync program is easy to use. The daily practice consists of sitting comfortably, with eyes closed, either in a traditional meditation posture or in a comfortable chair, and listening to Holosync soundtracks through stereo headphones. At first, you listen for half an hour each day, and later, for an hour each day. Though this may seem to be a rigorous time commitment, participants look forward to their sessions--for a couple of reasons. First, the experience is almost always very pleasant, because the brain is stimulated to make several pleasurable and beneficial neurochemicals during listening. Second, as you will see, Holosyncs soundtracks are literally life changing, because they are brain changing, and this fact makes daily listening well worth the investment in time. And participants are always free to adjust their listening time to fit the demands of their lives.

As you listen, Holosync stimulates your brain to make structural changes that will increase your ability to:

  • Handle stress
  • Meet challenges
  • Tap into your creativity
  • Accept people and situations with more eqanimity
  • Experience personal feelings of Joy, inner peace, and happiness
  • Understand yourself better
